DISTRIBUTION MODEL INNOVATION
Aloha Foundation Uganda's mission is to foster primary school education and drive socio-economic inclusivity in Uganda.
Aloha Foundation Uganda’s distribution model, set in Chegere Sub County, Apac district in Northern Uganda, implements a teacher-led TaRL methodology within the government education system for grades 3-5 students facing academic challenges.
The unique approach integrates TaRL sessions before and after regular school hours. Individual student assessments guide the formation of learning groups where students receive tailored support to help them catch up. What sets Aloha Foundation Uganda apart is its commitment to continuous capacity development, reinforced through refresher courses.
Aloha Foundation Uganda was founded in 2023 by Diana Ejang and Racheal Gloria Apok. The dual's passion for transformative education creates a powerful synergy for success.
