DISTRIBUTION MODEL INNOVATION

Sustainable Outreach Foundation (SOF) seeks to implement the Promoting Resilience in Agriculture for Economic Transformation (PRAET) project, which is an agricultural transformative initiative dedicated to empowering smallholder farmers in the Buea Municipality of Cameroon.

SOF’s model is to partner with agricultural input distribution agents to enhance farmers' productivity, improve livelihoods, and foster economic stability through climate-smart agricultural practices, improved input distribution, and enhanced market access in Buea Municipality.

Sustainable Outreach Foundation (SOF) was started in 2024 by Bomdzele Eric Junior, and Ticha Bizel-Bi Mafor. Eric serves as SOF’s full-time Program Coordinator while Bizel-Bi is the Community Development and Communications Officer.
