DISTRIBUTION MODEL INNOVATION
Fatima Solar Reach's mission is to provide affordable and reliable solar power solutions to underserved communities in Ghana, aiming to improve quality of life, enhance safety, and support socioeconomic development by increasing access to clean energy.
FSR’s distribution model focuses on using local heroes and sales agents, known as Direct Sales Representatives supported by Service Centers and partner shops in underserved communities in the Wa West District of the Upper West Region of Ghana.
The pilot will target Domawa village, where they will provide solar lamps through a flexible payment model, ensuring affordability and accessibility. A key differentiator is their use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that integrates mobile money payments and remote monitoring, allowing them to efficiently manage credit and ensure timely payments from customers.
The founding team is led by Sufyan Yakubu, who serves as the Founder and CEO. Sufyan is responsible for setting the strategic direction, securing funding, and overseeing the implementation of projects.
