DISTRIBUTION MODEL INNOVATION

Lafiya Nigeria focuses on widening the access to family planning products in underserved communities in Nigeria by leveraging local health networks. Lafiya Nigeria partners with Nana Women and Girls Empowerment Initiative to work with a local network of female health graduates to achieve its distribution targets.

Their mission is to empower women to make informed decisions about their health and life.

Lafiya Nigeria was started in 2021 by Yifei Jefferson Chen and Klaudia Chmielowska. Both graduates of Oxford University, their consulting experience in non-profit work in Nigeria sparked their desire to advance global health in the country.
